These terms apply to browsing curbclickstudio.com and its design concepts. They are not a client service agreement. If we agree to build a website for you, a separate written agreement will describe the scope, deliverables, payment, revisions, responsibilities, and any other project terms.
Submitting or emailing a project brief starts a conversation only. It does not book a project, create a contract, or charge you. Package prices and descriptions on this site are general starting information, before applicable tax and separate third-party costs. We confirm scope, availability, total price, and payment terms in writing before work begins. We may correct site errors or update offerings and prices, subject to any separate written agreement already made.
Noir Barber House, Daybreak Café, and Fieldwork Landscapes are fictional design concepts, not completed client projects. They include sample business details and AI-generated imagery. Interactive elements demonstrate design possibilities; they do not make real bookings, orders, or service requests. Features in a client project are included only if agreed in writing.
You may browse this site and share links to it. The site’s original design, writing, branding, and concept material belong to Curb & Click Studio or the applicable creators and licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for your own business without permission, misrepresent a concept as a real business, or interfere with the site’s operation.
Links, fonts, email apps, hosting, and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those services. Our Privacy Policy explains the services used on this website.
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted.
